• Client agrees not to use any part of the recorded audio, or the performance of the Artist for any purpose other than those set out in the contractual agreement between Client and Artist; including but not limited to AI/Machine Learning or to create a Synthetic Voice.

• Client agrees not to use any recorded audio, or the performance of the Artist to replicate the Artist's voice or likeness, nor to create any Synthesised Voice, 'Digital Double'/Cloned Voice or any other likeness of the Artist.

• Client agrees not to sell or to pass on ownership of any part of any audio recording or performance of the Artist to any third party, without the Artist's prior knowledge and agreement.

• Client agrees to not engage or enter into any contracts or other agreements on the Artist's behalf which would use any part of any audio recording or performance of the Artist without the Artist's prior knowledge or agreement.

• Client agrees that any digitally stores audio recordings or performances of the Artist's will be reasonably secured to prohibit unauthorised third parties from gaining access to any files containing the Artist's voice or likeness. Additionally, if any such files are stored in 'the cloud', Client agrees to ensure the same protection via encryption or other appropriate means.
